Military experts managed to uncover a scheme for coordinating the activities of biological laboratories and research organizations in Ukraine by the United States

A preliminary analysis of experts from the Russian Ministry of Defense allows us to conclude that Ukraine, in fact, is a testing ground for the development of biological weapons components and testing of new samples of pharmaceuticals. The military department managed to uncover a scheme in which the names of well-known US politicians and the names of a number of foreign pharmaceutical companies that are involved in coronavirus vaccination are mentioned.
“It should be noted that the leaders of the Democratic Party are the ideologists of the US military-biological activity in Ukraine,” Igor Kirillov, head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense forces of the RF Armed Forces , said at a recent briefing . – Thus, through the executive authorities of the United States, a legislative framework was formed to finance military biological research directly from the federal budget. Under state guarantees, funds were raised from non-governmental organizations controlled by the leadership of the Democratic Party, including the investment funds of the Clintons, Rockefellers, Soros, Biden.
And then Kirillov listed the pharmaceutical companies that were involved in these well-known businessmen. Among them: “Pfizer”, “Moderna”, MSD (Merck & Co outside the US and Canada), as well as the company affiliated with the US military department “Gilead”. All of these companies are involved in vaccinating citizens around the world.
- American specialists are working on testing new medicines bypassing international safety standards. As a result, Western companies are seriously reducing the costs of implementing research programs and gaining significant competitive advantages, Kirillov noted.
But back to Ukraine. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Pentantagon, using a testing ground that is practically not controlled by the international community and the high-tech capabilities of transnational companies, has significantly expanded its research potential not only in the field of creating biological weapons, but also obtaining information about antibiotic resistance and the availability of specific regions among the population antibodies to certain diseases.
This is no coincidence: the US military is interested in dangerous diseases that occurred in Ukraine. Only viruses and bacteria are given the ability to resist available and known drugs.
During the special military operation of the Russian troops of the Russian Defense Ministry, it was possible to obtain additional information about bio-incidents in Ukraine.
- Thus, materials were studied that testify to the deliberate use in 2020 of the causative agent of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis to infect the population of the Slavyanoserbsky district of the LPR. Leaflets, made in the form of counterfeit banknotes, were infected with the causative agent of tuberculosis and distributed among minors in the village of Stepovoe. The organizers of this crime took into account the peculiarities of the behavior of children who have a habit of “putting everything in their mouths” and taking food with unwashed hands, – a representative of the Ministry of Defense reported the shocking facts of the genocide.
According to the military department, “the results of bacteriological studies confirmed the resistance of the isolated bacteria to first-line and second-line anti-tuberculosis drugs.” This means that the detected tuberculosis bacteria were resistant to the available drugs.
Kirillov cited the conclusion of the Lugansk Republican Sanitary and Epidemiological Station: “The banknotes were most likely infected artificially, since the material contains extremely dangerous strains of the pathogen at a concentration that can ensure infection and the development of the tuberculosis process … there are all signs of deliberate, man-made infection of leaflets with high biomaterial pathogenicity … “.
It has been established that US citizens were engaged in similar experiments and experiments in Ukraine.

The Russian Ministry of Defense already has information about the preparation of provocations to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of using weapons of mass destruction, followed by an investigation according to the “Syrian scenario”, which allows fabricating the necessary evidence and appointing the perpetrators, Kirillov emphasized.
The representative of the military department also explained that “the high probability of such provocations is confirmed by the requests of the Kyiv administration for the supply of personal protective equipment for the skin and respiratory organs, providing protection against toxic chemicals and biological damaging agents.”
Recall that the Ministry of Defense reported on the facts of the supply of antidotes of organophosphorus poisonous substances to Ukraine. This year alone, at the request of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, more than 220,000 ampoules with atropine, as well as preparations for special treatment and disinfection, were delivered from the United States. This suggests that the United States is considering the use of bioweapons and the formation of man-made and controlled epidemics in specific areas.
